Nina Nation, PA-C

I had an appointment scheduled about a month ago and received a call a week prior letting me know the doctor was not available that day. Fine, I rescheduled for today. This morning, I checked in and was still sitting in the lobby 40 minutes later. It wasn’t until I followed up with the front desk that they discovered the doctor once again was not in. They offered to let me see another doctor, but I would have to wait until after two other patients had been seen. Mind you, I had wasted about an hour of my time waiting for a new patient appointment I had made with a specific doctor. They also didn’t even bother to offer to reschedule. I will not be coming back after this absolutely incompetent display of patient service.

She’s always welcomes me with her kind smile and takes great care of my health, very good doctor.

Nina is an amazing Dr! She is very intelligent and has a sweet personality. She uses common sense combined with excellent medical knowledge. She really cares about her patients.

She is hands down the best Dr. She's kind and caring and loves each of her patients. Her patients are treated with the utmost respect and she makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. What can I saw, she's just the best!

Geez she takes forever with each patient. I waited over 45 minutes in the lobby to see her (with an appointment) and another 45 minutes in the room. She asked me to make a follow up appointment and when I showed up, she asked me why I was there. Staff does not do a good job at following up with test results or exams. Terrible experience.

She is very detailed and explains things very well. She is personable and happy to help.
