Nirali Patel, PT

Therapist Nirali Patel is highly unprofessional. When I am down with pain and describing my state to her - she laughed at me, made jokes about it and yelled at me. When I asked a question, about what she thought about the way I am progressing, she continued yelling, saying things like 'You are always complaining' 'I have other patients' 'You need to educate yourself' 'I cant do magic'. It was all uncalled for. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a physical therapist's clinic, the experience was very traumatic and she didnt stop until I had tears in my eyes. I dont think I am ever going to go to any PT ever rather use you tube.

My rheumatologist refered me to this physical therapist. Dr. Nirali and her staff are superb! They spend the time with you and help you to know how to care for yourself at home. They have a technic that I have never experienced before since I've been going to other physical therapist. You MUST go there to see exactly what I am talking about, you won't forget it. Thank you Dr. Nirali and here wonderful staff!
