Lack of Patient Care
Lack of urgency and attention to detail by the front office staff. Took 1-2 weeks for referrals to be submitted or even sent to the correct place. I had to take a lot of initiative on the phone with insurance and all offices involved for this to be done correctly. Felt Dr didn't listen much or show care to what I was experiencing. Dr didn't show much concern or attention to detail in follow up visits and didn't put my mind at ease with relaying information. Due to an honest review on google (not mean, rude, or slandering) I was unknowingly discharged as a patient. The doctor refused to see me, talk to me, or help me in any way, even simply sending over a written referral to help me out. No notice was given what so ever. I had no time to get a new PCP or even visit the office to pick up a copy of my medical records. I am still currently in treatment and this doctor completely abandoned me without notice in any form.

Great Caregiver
Mrs I…, is a great care giver. I am in the medical field, and I needed to find a caregiver after my long life caregiver retired during Covid. She diagnosed the problem swiftly that I was having and gave me a prescription and preformed test to diagnose my problem. Today I am great ????. I tell everyone that is looking for a primary care provider to go to her!
