If I could give her zero stars I would! Called complained they couldn't hear me and I couldn't find fault or issure on my end at all...they clearly had the sound muted because I had no problem hearing them. Shortly there after I made a test call to make sure my phone wasn't broken or something else AND BAM WORKS NO PROBLEMS. She's either falsly claiming she can't hear people or not smart enough. The only other thing I can think is she's not as LGBT+ helpful as her stuff claims to be on other sites. So glad I didn't set up a physical psych appointment because I figured this person would be able to help. 100% worst telehealth np ever.
