This was an extremely stressful and emotional situation. Noe was the epitome a professional ISM and support. His approach was kind, understanding and insightful and I greatly appreciate the benefit of participating in his class.

During the difficult time with the pandemic. I think the zoom classes were great. Noe Gutierrez is a excellent asset to the program. He is open, honest person. He makes communicating with him and others in the group comfortable. He goes over the topics, issues and conversations with a sincere sense of appreciation for everyone.

Getting a DUI really makes you stop and evaluate where you are in your life. Attending Alert's DUI education program with Noe really helped put perspective on this life-changing event. I attended the Alert Program's 12 hour Alcohol Education Class. I found the experience to be positive, informative, and educational. The class environment was welcoming, relaxed, and non-judgemental. The counselor facilitated a classroom environment in which all participants were able to freely contribute to the class discussions. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone.

Getting a DUI is a life changing experience and one that has changed me a great deal and I never hope to repeat in the future. From the moment I walked into the Alert Program, i knew it was going to be good fit. The entire staff treated me with dignity and respect, they listened, and gave me honest feedback, and guided me through the process from start to finish. No one likes going to mandated classes for any court order length of time. But they made the process painless, informative, and I even managed to add a few things to my toolbox. Noe was AWESOME!! So much love for that guy!! Jacque really cares about her clients, she really wants to see us succeed. They offer a lot of variability in group scheduling, and they will really work with you in away possible to get you through this. And they were ALOT cheaper than the other places!! A+

Noe was an awesome instructor. He made it lively, fun, and comfortable. We all know zoom meetings or classes in general could be a drag, but in his class I could say time flew. He knew how to make us laugh and feel comfortable with each other. I would refinery recommend being in his classes.

Noe made you want to attend the Alert program classes. He made you feel comfortable, safe and not judged. It was easy to participate. His positive support carried you through the week to the next class.

Noe is so chill and understanding when people present their problems to him. He is excellent at what he does! Noe Gutierrez made the whole Alert program take on a different meaning for me. At first I was reluctant or at least not too excited to be doing it, two hours each Saturday with a bunch of strangers, and basically looked at it as paying my dues for the mistake I made. But then Noe came along, and somehow, with his down to earth style, his own experience in this stuff, his wide experience since then working with others, and his compassion and humor, he was able to not only get my and the group's attention and participation each week, but he really brought out the best in the group. At the end of the 16 weeks, I was actually a bit sad that it was over. Noe knows his stuff from first hand real lie experience, as well as all the technical stuff, and that makes him unique. The entire time it felt like you were talking to a brother or a friend - trusting, respectful and empathetic - I will miss him.

I believe Noe has a true gift for communicating with people. He lightens an otherwise difficult situation. And in turn helped me look past the obvious shame and guilt and keep an open mind. Thus allowing me to learn and grow. So for this I I’m truly grateful that Noe was the Leader/Coach during the past few months. Thanks Noe.
