I don't have a very high opinion of Marshfield clinic in general due to multiple past negative experiences. However, my recent trip to the ER, where I was seen by Norsha Schiel, PA-C, has elevated my opinion and makes me hopeful that overall positive changes may be seen in the future. I was so impressed with Ms. Schiel. She was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, thorough, and above all, she was compassionate, which is something I haven't seen from the Marshfield providers in quite some time. I left there feeling completely reassured that I hadn't suffered any serious injury and the provider armed me with the information I needed for follow-up care. Marshfield is lucky to have her and I hope she sticks around for a long time! Also, can we get more like her, please? If so, I might consider switching back to the facility.
