The NP read from the computer right when she entered the exam room. It seemed she was following medical screen prompts more than she was listening to me regarding my symptoms. That took quite a while to go through the computer information and I felt I wasn't being heard. The NP was pleasant but the process of walking in and going straight to the computer screen is frustrating.
