This place could not make me feel more calm and comfortable. From the receptionist to my therapist. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I?ve been through it for about 18 years looking for sold mental health professionals in DFW- let alone that take insurance. Chloe has been so helpful from day one, and accommodating when I needed to reschedule. I had my first appointment with Dr. A. yesterday , and my first session with Olga today. It goes without saying that finding an even decent psychiatrist or therapist is a draining, stressful experience.. to find one of each under the same roof.. is unheard of!! For the first time in maybe 10 years, I have hope in a future, hope in my ability to grow into who I truly am. Olga and Dr. A listen to you, and make a very clear PLAN - with YOU.. there?s no guesswork involved. BE BLESSED. Peace & love.

Olga is a very kind and compashionate person.
I had quite a few visits with Olga. She really listens when you talk, and she is very committed to get to the core of any problems/issues. She is trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend her to anyone.

My passion is about helping patients manage emotions and overcoming obstacles in life with a client centered approach. I provide EMDR therapy, DBT and an eclectic approach to assist patients in finding higher ground.
