Very short wait time.

Office visit for the first time with herShe had looked over what medicine I have tried and tried. Showed my stomach swollen and journey I have been through that actions need to be taken to get to the root of problem and yes was suggestions of what could be done should be able to see everything in CT Scan, or free blood work which I had done awhile back in office which was noted on laptop. Needed more detail in visit. Yes, the ct scan center was available and that day and approved. Got to CT scan center she had not signed off on lab order, nor did it get pre-certified until the actual nurse contacted and got it done for me for me by phone with center. Thank goodness that I didn’t already drink the stuff before not approved. Not communication just left and said see then outside and we will get that, breath test and lab work. 1st visit with her because the one I had been seeing was too far out to be seen staff worked me in. Great staff, pleasant, and Dr. Naryani’s nurse Renee is amazing.

She is a great listener. She will ask questions and then share what she believes is happening. She gives you some options, and then explains why she would choose which option first. Best of all she will ask you how you feel about those options, if you have any questions and how you would prefer to proceed

Olivera Dessieux is an outstanding NP. She actually examined me! My PCP never did that. I could tell she was thinking through the problem, and having a real conversation with me. When I saw my PCP first, I don’t think he took his eyes off his computer. I’m a very high cancer risk, and this isn’t a game to me. So I appreciated Olivera’s intelligence and experience to help me figure things out. I have always been impressed with everyone in Dr Ergen’s office. I’ve had colonoscopies for over 30 years in Arizona and Tennessee. This office is the most professional of all of them.

I had a great experience with Olivera Dessieux. She saw me in the office- ordered a CT scan for that day. And she even called me after 6pm to give me the results and call in meds. I truly appreciate her being so thorough and for following up with me on the same day! Would highly recommend!

She listened to what I had to say. Treated me with respect. Told me about a new treatment if current methods were not working. Asked me to come back in 4 weeks for recheck. She also said she would ask the Doctor if he recommends any tests at this time. Seemed very caring.

From my 1st visit in 2023, she has been spot on with the follow-up treatment and care I have needed to be able to have my life back.

NP Olivera is very thorough and makes sure the patient understands the treatment recommended. She listened carefully and explained the lab work. She did not talk down to me or make me feel inferior which I very much appreciate. I felt confident with her findings and diagnosis.

Olivera Dessieux is a caring person. She listens to what you’re saying. She answers questions and she will give you informational print outs. If she feels you need any test they will set up the appointment with the facility as to where you need to go for test before you leave. The staff is very nice and the office is clean.

NP Olivera is consistently excellent in her work. She is thorough and really listens, which I admire and appreciate.
