May 20. Televisit with Olivia! Thank-God! I felt like I was falling apart! Not only mentally with depression/anxiety. I'm also going through medical problems and serious surgery! Of course, Covid-19 worrying everybody Olivia assured me that my feeling are "normal" even though I feel like I am literally falling apart! This visit was for med refills. Olivia could see that I was getting depressed. She is SO involved with her patients. She really listens and has a unique ability to understand EXACTLY what you are feeling! It is such a relief to have such an outstanding, empathetic, understanding and very compassionate mental health care provider! Olivia is so awesome. I wish I had known about her before. I have been her patient for over a year now and I will NEVER change again. Finally...I feel so cared for. She is young and so very well educated in her field. She's going to help so many people in her career! In all my years of depression/anxiety she has helped me than anyone else! :)
