I have only worked with Olivia twice electronically, but I am incredibly impressed. She's managed my care with such professionalism, taken time to answer all my questions, given detailed answers, returned my calls in a timely manner, offered availability for further questions. She has gone above and beyond to do a good job with my care. I have a complex thyroid disorder awaiting diagnosis. Olivia is not even my usual health care provider; she is filling in while my doctor is on maternity leave! Highly recommend
