Horrible experiences
Went for routine exam and phlebotomist drew blood. He never got the needle fully in my vein and fussed at me constantly because I didn't drink enough water and that's why he couldn't draw blood. Did I mention he didn't even have the needle all the way in my vein? It took him over 10 minutes to draw 2 vials of blood. After all that time, I got queasy and threw up. He yelled at me because when I threw up i didn't hold the gauze on my arm and I was bleeding. Kemi didn't answer one of the questions I asked her and just disappeared. When I called a few months later for a medication refill she told me that she hadn't seen me in 6 months. Kemi herself was the one who saw me, so how could I have missed an appointment that I was right in front of her for? Then for my next follow up I scheduled a medication refill and a physical. The office called 45 minutes and asked why I was coming in for a visit? Really!!! That was the end of being a patient with her. 3 strikes and you're out!
