Went to the ED in Clarksville for esophageal impaction. Dr Nava was very thorough, caring, answered all my questions! As always, they were slammed, but I was treated with the upmost respect in a timely manner,

Omar Nava, PA was compassionate, intelligent & professional. While being treated by Omar Nava, PA , he made me feel comfortable and calm , which is hard to do in an ER setting. He took the time to explain my condition in detail, made sure I received the proper testing and had a genuine caring attitude.

Omar Nava participates in unfair billing practices by overcharging patients for his services. We have Cigna insurance which is in network with Tennova, the facility he works, but he won't accept Cigna. He gets to see patents who have been led to this facility under the ruse that their insurance is accepted, but in fact he doesn't accept most insurances then charges excessive out of network prices. Will never see him again or go to Tennova who is just as fraudelent.
