Tilly is an amazing therapist who has been there for me for several years now. Right from the start, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her sense of humor makes even the tough stuff easier to talk about, and her no-nonsense approach is super refreshing. She’s honest but always kind, which has really helped me grow and face some hard truths. If you're looking for a therapist who’s genuinely caring and really good at what she does, I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Tilly, especially if you struggle with family issues and have had trauma in your life. Prior to seeing her, I was never properly diagnosed, and kept feeling like therapy would never help. Now that I know that I suffer from Complex PTSD, it truly changed my life. Tilly is a great listener and she really cares. A+!!

It took me a while to get an appointment cause she was always full, but I kept trying and boy, am I happy that I did! She is a wonderful therapist and a great person. I have done a lot of therapy in the past, but now I finally feel like I was able to move past my traumas and live a happier life. I was tired of counseling and having to tell my story over and over and not seeing results. Then I started seeing her and I felt listened to and understood for the first time in a long time. After years of trying and failing to find a good match, I could not be more grateful to have met Tilly. It's not always easy to find a respectful, professional, and compassionate therapist, but she's all three! I have now been seeing Tilly for over a year and would undoubtedly recommend working with her.

I have been seeing Tilly on and off for a few years. Before I found her, I struggled with a lot of issues and I was told that DBT therapy was what I needed. I had such a hard time finding someone who took insurance or whose fees were affordable. Tilly is not only down to earth and the best at her job, but she is also the kindest, most dedicated, and caring therapist that I've ever had.
