Dr. Ouida Middleton, OD

During my recent visit to this place, I was assigned to Middleton for a complete eye exam with a prescription for glasses. However, Middleton lacked clarity in explaining the procedures, and I sensed her edginess while performing the test. She seemed to get triggered when I didn't understand what she was asking me to do. After the exam, I asked if we could go through it again because I didn't feel comfortable with the results and my vision wasn't great with the prescription. However, Middleton became impatient and rudely replied that she wouldn't do the exam again and asked me to sit outside in the lobby because others were waiting. I was disheartened by her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, especially since this visit was not free and was funded by my insurance. Additionally, the cost of the glasses with the incorrect prescription would be substantial, so it would have been helpful if she had been more accommodating and willing to re-examine me.
