After a year of waiting for an evaluation for Social Security, I was sent to her for a medical evaluation for back pain and she wrote to Social Security saying I was fit enough to return to work. Less than a month later my back gets damaged from yard work and I ended up in the emergency room. She doesn't have her own office space. She borrows her space from someone else. The Eleven50 Building she's located in is a dump and i had to sit on the floor with a bad back until she came in to open up. I would not recommend this place or nurse for ANY evaluation.
