Rude
Very rude and condescending. Talks over you and tries to steam roll you into feeling as if you're ridiculous for calling on-call when you need help for your child. She gives you an attitude and all the reasons why she doesn't think you should have called just to turn around and say she'll do what you were asking her in the first place. Just mean to be mean for no reason.
