Managed care by app the inhuman experience
It’s not that anything went wrong its just the new norm- healthcare by app. No engagement just looking at a screen reading from a script. It’s not the individual but the corporation that needs adjustment. Baptist has good talent at their disposal they need to as we used to say in the army “ Take the dog off the chain and let it handle business” too much corporate compliance not enough real health care
