Wish I had read these!!!!
Charged me $2500 and dismissed my memory issue as 'being overly concerned about making mistakes at work'. Not once did I say I was concerned about this. She raised her voice at me twice. Wish I had looked at these reviews before going to her

Rude Rude Rude lies When I read my report I couldn't believe all the lies. When I gave her my info she ignored it and made her own stuff up.

Run don't walk away from this one. I have a Silver Star and a purple heart, an appointment with this provider is worst than being in combat. She lies don't trust this one, she has no morals.

The worst of the worst ever. This lady all she cared about was her coffee which she makes in her office. She was more worried about her coffee than my problems!

Dr. Dean explained everything to me and my family. She communicated with my other doctors too to make sure everyone was on the same page. She was empathic but direct about her recommendations.
