I would definitely not recommend this doctor! When I received my glasses I was having trouble seeing so I asked to be rechecked. She said the prescription was correct. I asked her why I couldn't read in the distance. She said I didn't probably get my glasses there. I did. She said I probably didn't get the progressive. I had. She said I needed to turn my head to the side to focus. What?? I've been wearing glasses for almost 20 years, never had to do that. She then said she couldn't help me. Opened the door and said my prescription was right and if I didn't agree I could get a refund. So I was asked for them back. I did receive my money back but I left with no glasses. The lady that gave the money back looked just as confused as me. I couldn't even see the receipt to see the amount refunded. I had to ask her what the amount was. Now I am wearing my old prescription and need to pay another doctor for an exam. Started this November 2nd waited 5 weeks then this. What a terrible experience!

Very nice and professional staff. Dr. Heiple is never in a hurry during my office visits, caring attitude and easy to understand her advice. I have recommended her to many family members, friends & co-workers.
