Pam is amazing - will never see anyone else again no matter how far I have to travel. Amazing communication -- takes great care of her patients

Pam has always gone above and beyond for me, and she is one of the most genuine, sincere care providers I have ever had. She takes however much time with you that's necessary, patiently answering any and all questions. She is also very knowledgeable about all things endo. I love her so much that even when I have an appointment with someone else in the office, I make sure I get to say hi and chat with her for a few minutes!

She appears nice but will verbally snap at you on the phone and in emails. She says she will do something and backs out without contacting you. She will withhold valuable information, deciding for you what's okay to ask about. She will lead you on and go against you if and when she gets tired of dealing with patients. She can be very difficult and not a nice person to deal with.

Could improve professionalism and confidentiality (patients can hear comments made outside the door) and if she cares about patient, could try to convey that during the office visit. I usually have great relationships with providers, but not so in this case. Was very disappointed.
