Tactics to make money
She and her office refused to share my blood test reports (round 2) with some lame excuse of we go over these with patient. Ok but we already did that in Round 1 . This was just an update . And it’s not that I don’t know how to read my tests - simple blood panel work. After repeated requests where they kept on insisting that I should schedule an in person visit so they can charge again to my insurance for simply reading the tests to me, I finally asked them what happened to the right of a patient’s access to their results. Then they responded ok we will send them. Let’s see when and if I actually receive them.

Pamela, has changed my life struggling with what I thought what High Blood Pressure also having irregular heart beats, I was over weight. Pam treated my mind, body and soul, and spent time with me listening to my symptoms. She did an extensive blood panel to understand what was going on. We did a lifestyle change with the proper diet for my body, exercise program & techniques, this is the best year, I am off all medications, my weight and body mass is normal and finally I am enjoying life again

I would highly recommend Pam McDonald. She has fit me into her busy schedule the day I called when sick many times. Her and her staffs bedside manner is amazing compared to other medical offices I have been to. She has treated me like a friend instead on a sick patient. I have and will continue recommending her to my friends and family.

When I could not get the answers from my Health Plan Dr., Kaiser, I contacted Pamela McDonald. I have never received such attention to my needs like that provided by her staff and Pamela McDonald. I was not rushed at any one point within the process or follow up. When test results arrived I was notified and a follow-up with Pam, gave me the direction I had been looking for and had not gotten from any other health provider. I recommended her to everyone I know.
