Pamela Trompeter is professional and accommodating with my intense schedule. After the first visit I felt a huge weight lifted off of me. She immediately neutralized all my negative thinking and explained in both clinical and patient-friendly terms my condition and how to cope. My psychiatrist recommended her, and I do, too. She's easy to talk to, and she is intelligent and intuitive.

I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, but before the Hurricane, she completely forgot appointments, or was late for them, and then after the storm, she promised to contact us back, and never did. She was very difficult to get a hold of and just seemed like she had too much going on in her life to be of help to anyone else. I am sure she is a nice lady, but I just didn't feel confident she could help us at all.
