Not available to patients in crisis
I personally have had two situations with Ms. Desai which required calls back in a timely manner and did not receive one. A psychiatric practitioner of any type is not a 9-5 position. Patients need calls back when in crisis. I found her attitude less than compassionate and her availability to patients in crisis unacceptable. It may one day be the difference between life or death for a patient.
