I called to make an appt & someone rudely said 'hello' did not even identify that this was a Dr's office. Glad I read reviews before I tried again

There was no visit. This was supposed to be a telehealth over the phone. An appointment was made and I was instructed to call a billing company. I called the billing company and gave info. A few days later I waited for Dr Brassfield to call. When she didn't call at the appointed time, I waited 15 minutes and called her. I got the same recording as I have in the past when I tried to make an appointment..."The mailbox is full". I called the billing company the next day and advised not to bill, because Dr Brassfield did not call or answer her phone when I tried calling. Dr. Brassfield has not called back to either let me know what happened or to reschedule. I WIll Not be calling her again to make an appointment.

TERRIBLE! She has a condescending way to her, she laughed at me in front other patients, and she just didn’t seem to care at all from the start! DO NOT USE HER IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!
