The rudest, cruelest, and most disrespectful health professional. I don’t know if she needs her eyes checked or her literary abilities because it seems like she can’t understand how to comprehend messages. I have communicated with her over message system and telephone and her cold rude demeanor is not a misunderstanding over message. I asked my PCP to transfer my care elsewhere solely because of no longer wanting to deal with her toxicity.

I have never dealt with such an unhelpful nurse. She rarely returns phone calls, when she does it usually is after a 3 day wait, even when the message left is time sensitive

Nurse at CPMC Neurogastroenterology Dept.-consistently unhelpful, responses -if any received - indicated messages to her were not accurately read, cold demeanor, would "misread" messages asking for help by not providing assistance requested; gives impression of laziness and incompetence.
