Always feel welcomed at Landfall.. and Patrick is super nice and always extremely polite.. especially to my 2 year old who I have to bring with me most times. I love the small practice and haven't had any problems with any of the staff since I have been going here! I would recommend them to anyone!

I am grateful to have Patrick McConnell as my physician. His professionalism and understanding, makes me feel as if he is genuinely as concerned of my health needs as I am. I always feel like he listens with no judgement. His staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Landfall Family Practice to anyone looking for a new family physician.

Absolutely the worst in Wilmington. Pick ANY place but Landfall Family Practice. Started out as a good doctor, hold on, this guy is not a doctor! Get someone that can help you, just don't get Patrick McConnell!!!!!!!!!
