Life changing therapy
I'm not one to do many reviews, but being in therapy with Patrick has been life changing. I grew up with a shattered sense of self-image issues which has brought on severe anxiety in my life. I struggled to connect with others and lack performance in my job often because of the anxiety. I've worked with other therapists in the past which didn't help much or it wouldn't last. A friend of mine referred me to see Patrick and I figured I would give therapy another shot. Since the start Patrick has been supportive, uplifting, and informative. He has challenged me to grow as an individual and make lasting changes to my life. For once in my life I feel like I'm on the right track and I have the confidence to take on obstacles.

Stress free life
I came into therapy feeling hopeless with how I was feeling. After working with Patrick for awhile I don't have the same anxiety and panic issues I had in the past. His way of addressing both the mind and body has helped me so much.

Great Counselor
Patrick has been working with my son for several months and we can see the change at home. We have had our son in counseling but we were never sure how to help and support our son. Patrick took the time to listen and give feedback to my Wife and I and help us do better for our son. Highly recommended

About Me

care philosophy

My approach is both practical and deep. I believe therapy should be client-centered and focused on building autonomy and feeling empowered. This is accomplished by forming a strong therapeutic relationship so we can discuss concerns from a compassionate, nonjudgmental position. We will also work together to meet your goals.
