Very defensive and rude. Expects to be treated with deference. This is the kind of person most of his clients are trying to recover from.

Good until he suddenly dismissed me after 2 years without warning. No closure for me. Reason? I argued with him about his policies going forward. He changed them after 2 of the 3.6 years I agreed to and it would have cost me a lot more money and 1.6 years more of my time. I did not yell or cuss or call him names. ,He wouldn't let me say good-bye on Zoom to others in the group, with whom I had a good relationship. I think that is very damaging and unprofessional, and people should know this if they are considering his services.
