Good communication and information from Patrizia during our visit!

I've had multiple skin cancers in the past, so I get this screening every 6-12 months. Ms Lewis did a good job explaining things and answering questions. Did not have to do a lot of waiting and whole process seemed quite efficient.

I arrived early; about 5 minutes after my appointment time, a drug rep waltzes through the lobby and tells staff he’s there to see Patrizia (uses her first name) and keeps walking straight to the back, promising coffee. I waited an additional 25 minutes (with NO OTHER patients ahead of me) before being called back (30 minutes after my appt time), and Dr. Lewis was with me 4 minutes. Why don’t drug reps have to make appointments instead of making patients wait??? Highly annoyed, won’t return.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from scheduling person to front desk staff to medical assistant and to Ms. Lewis. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
