Absolutely amazing! Every time I go in to see Dr. Richard, she provides the best experience I have ever had from a doctor. She is caring, understanding, and absolutely GREAT with children. She cares about me and my family, and makes the environment for the kids great too. I can’t say enough about how great she and the office is. They always take the time to make sure I am happy. I've been seeing Dr Patti Richard for about 10 years now - she is very professional and takes all the time needed with each patient - and keeps to the schedule! She has a retina scanning machine that provides an alternative to being dilated - which is terrific and provides a photographic record of the macula and the retina for comparison and diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr Richard and her staff of professionals for an individual or a family - she's exceptional.

I would less give less than 1 star if it was an option! Dr Richards is condescending and rude. She should not be working with young children. I have never had such an awful experience with a doctor. Save yourself some aggravation and take your child to an eye doctor who actually likes working with children.

Having an O.D in the family (in a different state), I can assure you that Dr. Richard is incredible. She is extremely thorough, discussed all my concerns and thoughts, and made this experience one of the most relaxed and enjoyable eye exams I've ever had (sorry sis ! ). If you're looking for a new eye doc, please give her a visit.
