Worst practitioner I’ve ever seen.
If I could I would give zero. My experience was very similar to the other people who left a review. I was referred by my primary so I had no choice on who to see as I was a first time patient at this clinic. The check in and nurse were good and timely. However, I waited over 40 minutes for him to come tell me if I had tried taking otc pain medicine and smirked at everything I said. I’ve had a history of prostate infection and have been dealing with some symptoms for a few weeks, this seemed concerning enough to my primary care that they referred me to an “specialist”, he however, made me feel like I was wrong to be there at all and I was basically wasting his precious time, and dismissed anything and everything I said, provided no answers and seemed very uncaring about how I felt. I sincerely had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “doctor's” office. (He’s a nurse practitioner). Would not recommend anyone seeing this person as he show little care for his patients.

Because his lack of care I ended at the ER
I had a procedure at the facility by another doctor and had a follow up appointment with Cromer. He was quick to come, but during our conversation i explained pain, swelling and bleeding. From the 5 feet away where he sit, he said it was normal without even getting close to review the area. I asked him to get closer to review it as that’s what i was there for. Again he said everything was OK. “It looks like a job well done”. About 5 days later i ended in the ER with an acute internal infection as a result of the area that had bled few days before. Took several days for me to get better after that. The pain and swelling were warning signs he didn’t care for.

Nice guy but very quick to prescribe medications and not interested in having any in-depth informative conversations to help you with your issue. Feels very discouraging when you finally gain the courage to see a urologist as a man and you just feel like they're trying to get you out of the office ASAP.
