Dr. Paul Cantz, PSY.D

This guy is a part-time therapist. I didn't find him to be very empathetic. He seemed like he was following a formula and I felt like I was being managed. He told me that intelligent patients are a problem. Maybe patients benefit from him thinking that they're dumb. He conducts therapy in his academic office and rather than being concerned about protecting my privacy, he was worried about disturbing his colleagues. He also told me that he sees a lot of lawyers for infidelity issues. The problem is that if I can identify someone coming out of his office as a lawyer (I also went to law school), I now might make assumptions about them based on this statement from their therapist. Those assumptions could effect their business and social lives. I also might wonder what he said about me.
