Paul Coats has such wonderful energy. His gentle and comforting care makes me feel comfortable and sets me at ease immediately. He listens, he explains the brain and how it operates and how to make it better. I learn so much each time I see him and I am so appreciative of his knowledge! Everyone should be as lucky as I am to have this medical professional in their lives!

Paul really listens and cares, an increasingly rare quality in the field these days. He takes time to not only clearly explain points but takes time to answer your questions. One of the hallmarks of a quality Physician and every visit has been consistently a pleasure, highly recommended.

Dr. Coats isn't your typical kind of doctor. I've been seeing him for about 2 years. This is after seeing other doctors. He listens and cares more about you, his patients, than his billable services. He is quite a giving person. He understands were you are coming from. Doesn't look or talk down to you. Gives you clear information and options. Without preasure, he gives you good options and allows you to make decisions.

×Post a ResponseAre you Paul Coats?
Paul spends a lot of time with each patient and makes sure that they get what they need. He is willing to try new things when things don’t work. He is also willing to explore things that may be causing the problem. He also doesn’t like to use the most medication he can but tries to get by with the least amount that gets the best results. He is also willing to say when he is stuck.

After a traumatic brain injury from a car accident I was treated by Paul for several years. I was very pleased with how attentive he was to all my problems, not just the TBI. He coordinated with the other physicians that I was seeing at the time. He really took the time to just listen to me. Even after the insurance co. refused to pay anymore, he continued to treat me with no pressure about finances.
