4 years ago I had my first appointment with a wonderful mental health professional, Mr. Paul Estrada. For the first time in my life I realized that I was facing a very severe depression, so severed that I felt that no one could help me; however, I feel that a divine power led me to the right person, Mr. Paul Estrada, he has helped immensely to get my life back and thru this process I have learned that taking care of me is my FIRST priority always. Mr. Estrada is a very knowledgeable, caring and kind professional who truly cares for the wellbeing of his patients. Mr. Estrada is also extremely patient, I get frequent migraine headaches which represented quite a challenge for Paul on trying different medications until he got me on the right one that could help me heal without triggering the migraine. I’m extremely grateful to Mr. Estrada because finding a mental health professional who possesses the knowledge & skills he possess is extremely important but unfortunately not easily found

Paul Estrada is the best! My first appointment he actually listened to my concerns, he was really easy to talk to. Glad to have him apart of my care team. Definitely would recommend!
