I was a patient and he flirted with me during my physical exam. it made me extremely uncomfortable. I’m not surprised to see similar complaints here.

Always thorough. Takes time to go over concerns and treats me like a patient and not a number.

Very unprofessional bad bedside manner. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Felt uncomfortable with him. Heard rumors he messed with staff in he’s bosses office.

At my age, i've had many annual physicals but never one so thorough and informative. I will be coming back to see him

Paul and his assistant Shanna, are so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, excellent caregivers. I drive 30 minutes one way to see Paul, he helps and researches if he doesn’t know the answer- he’s humble enough to send you to a specialist if needed. I never feel rushed, always feel heard. I prefer him over the majority of my specialists. No one is perfect and some other reviews seem to be one side of the story.

I was a patient for 10 plus years extremely high blood pressure anxiety my script ran out covid 19 got my anxiety going I called the office they told I had to come I told them I'm I can't please just fill my high blood pressure meds so with no meds they sent me a letter no to came back in the middle of covid19 no meds no dr WTFso very UNPROFESSIONAL

Paul is an amazing physician. We have been patients of his for over 10 years. He always makes time for us and helps us find the best care choices for us.

I was a patient of Paul's for over 10 years. With no warning, he dropped myself and my mom as patients saying we would be better served by an MD in the office (this was all through the receptionist.) Fast forward 3-4 months and I need an epidural injection for my back pain that I've gotten regularly from him. Turns out the MD isn't trained to do them and Paul now says he doesn't feel comfortable giving me the shot. I now have to wait a month to see a specialist. Avoid Paul at all costs.

He is kind, competent, and truly listens and cares. I drive 30 min one way just to see him.

I can't say enough good things. I moved my kids to Paul when they felt they had outgrown their pediatrician. I was nervous of going "mainstream" but Paul is fantastic with our teens. He listens to them and gives them great information. They actually like seeing him. He's also my provider. He spends time, listens closely and really knows his stuff. We all enjoy his pleasant, upbeat manner. My husband is moving to him now! Highly recommend.

Paul is the best doctor I have ever had. He truly takes the time with you. He listens to everything I have to say and takes it into account. I never feel rushed or like he is trying to get me out to see the next patient. Highly recommend.

This dr is a pleasure to be around. He is always smiling,positive and very funny, while staying professional. How does he do that all at the same time. I always seem to learn something from him each time i visit. We need more dr's/ people in this world like him, he always seems to brighten my day. May God bless him greatly. Andrew

The receptionist/phone/appointment person is terrible with customer service and trying to help with patient/customer concerns. She absolutely does not listen or try to help. Very cold hearted person.The assistant to the Physician Assistant doesn't answer the phone which is understandable because I know they are busy with patients but she also never returns phone calls after leaving voice messages. Overall, the customer service is one of the worst that I have ever experienced at a business.

My insurance no longer covers the office Paul works at and I'm devastated, he is the best doctor I have ever had and my family is in the medical field. I had been under his care for over 10 years and hope one day to find new coverage and go back! He is patient, understanding, has a comfortable bedside manner and has always taken the time to fully investigate any issues I was having.

Excellent - he listens, cares, and the quality of medical care I and my family receive is first rate.
