Need Physical Therapy? Better call Paul!
Dr. Paul Kochoa at Par5 Physical Therapy in Randolph is the best PT person I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. Here's what is going to happen if you go see him.First, he will do a very thorough examination of your situation. He'll assess range of motion, strength, swelling, etc. He'll ask what your goals are.When you start working together he will be with you all the time. No multitasking with other patients. No chatting with other therapists, or talking on the phone. Just you and him.If massage makes sense he'll do it. If not, he won't. If he needs to exert force to assist you with range of motion, he'll do that too. He'll demonstrate every exercise he wants you to do, and make sure you are doing it correctly. Exercises will be different in every session. If you are no longer challenged by an exercise, it gets replaced by a more challenging one. Your home exercise plan will be posted on his portal.Give him a try. You won't be disappointed.
