Still seeing Paul.
I have never had a single issue that was not addressed at my visit. Paul has called other doctors to get me seen..sometimes straight from his office HIMSELF. I stand by my original review. The prescribed migraine med that I cant say has changed my life thanks to Paul prescribing it a few yrs go. He has also saved my life numerous times by correctly diagnosing me with diverticulitis. I still sent my family to see Paul and his staff.

Very unprofessional!
I should have left their practice sooner. Last year when I called to request refills on my meds, Paul answered the phone and proceeded to yell at me about calling his personal phone, which I did not. I called the office and he answered. He said I was a loose strap (whatever that means) June 25th I went into the office because I needed refills again. I have health insurance with a $10 copay. I was charged $165 because they said I hadn’t met my deductible and I would get it back when my insurance paid the claim. They never submitted the claim! When a lady from my insurance company, called their office, Paul proceeded to yell at her on the phone! Very unprofessional!!

Pathetic excuse for a medical professional
Very unprofessional. Did not address my health issues at all. In fact, ignored them after repeated requests to get testing / see a specialist. Turns out I have a very rare heart anomality, which causes my symptoms. Had I left it to him, he'd of completely missed it due to his unwillingness to send me for tests or to a specialist. I was told I felt tired all the time, extremely fatigued due to the fact I was getting old. I'm in my 40s, not 80s. And, in fact my rare heart condition is one that I have to keep an eye on, and a symptom of it getting worse is chronic fatigue. I now have a better doctor, thankfully. He has NO manners, NO bedside manner, and he is a good bit immature in his personality. Shame he is how he is, this area needs a good medical professional. However he is anything BUT professional. Do NOT go to him. You will not get diagnosed with anything, except a bill to your insurance company. Rubber stamp doctor.

Seemed preoccupied during visit and did not address questions about different medications. I was not his priority as a patient.

I had a severe migraine when I walked in. Àll the lights were turned down and I was offered a bottle of water. I was promptly taken to a quiet dark room with the nurse, vitals were taken promptly. Medical history was taken. She is Such a pleasant caring nurse. After the nurse left, the office manager came in to check on me. She too is very pleasant. A few minutes later Paul a very nice man with a wonderful bedside manner comes in with a migraine pill that has changed my life for the better. They are working with my insurance company because its very expensive medication. I have been to see Paul Marino a few times. I have taken my daughter to see him. She loves him and his staff too. I also took my bf to see him after he got hurt at work by a drunk driver. He raves about Paul and his staff. City Family Medicine is where i want my entire family to go. I tell them all the time to "Go see Paul" They really do treat their patients like family with dignity and compassion.

Very unsettling to see a bunch of conservative religious materials on their bookshelf in the office. That's unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Staff pleasent, easy scheduling. Paul Marino's is a straight shooter. He seems nice enough but he's not going to sugar coat your diagnosis. He will do whatever it takes to diagnose your condition, prescribe a treatment or manage your illness and educate you on what you need to know to take care of yourself. I tend to trust people like Paul who have a straight forward, matter of fact approach.
