Dr. Moerschell & his staff are second to none. They are professional, friendly, & go out of their way to assist you with all your eye care needs.

To be honest, I decided not to visit Dr. Moerschell as I when attempting to set a new patient appointment I found that an office assistant was short on the phone and seemingly unwilling to help as I was questioning the type of coverage accepted. She was unwilling to fully verify that it was accepted even after I told her I had spoken with a coverage representative and was provided the physicians information as an provider who would work with my coverage. This does not reflect on the physician himself, but rather the office staff and their patient services.

I have the highest confidence in Dr. Moerschell. Have been going to him for years. Prescription on my glasses are spot on. Thank You!
