I've always had a good experience with patient care and front office. I really appreciate how Dr. Snowden takes the time to explain in detail the answers to my questions.

Dr. Snowden is wonderful, but his office manager and staff are not. My glasses were not correct and the office did not want to correct their mistake. It seemed like they were more concerned about getting money from my insurance company than quality patient care. I will not be going back.

For the second year in a row, our appointment was messed up. Love the office but need to get it together. We are tired of wasting our time here. Will not be going back
