Paula has changed my life; best therapist, a non-judgmental therapist. Believe she is the first therapist who showed she cared, not by words but by helping me when in crisis. She goes the extra mile as an advocate, cares for each of her clients with support, and reaches out to the right person to help with my problems. Details of each therapy session positively push me to help with change. Over the years, I have never seen a therapist who truly cares about me mentally and physically. Highly recommend
