She's messed up my medication refill every single month since I've been a patient at her office. It's either gone to the wrong pharmacy or not been sent in on time. On one particularly memorable occasion, she even sent one of my sister's prescriptions instead! Even worse, I also had clinically significant results on my bloodwork, and she told me "not to worry about it". I believed that it wasn't an issue for years because of that, despite dealing with horrible symptoms that forced me to take time off from work/school...and, yes, I told Paula that I was dealing with these health problems. I'm finally seeing a REAL doctor at Duke Hospital and getting help for a serious autoimmune disorder. Paula has a good "bedside manner", which is why I'm sure some people have left her good reviews. My parents, who have no health concerns (yet!), love her. But she is NOT the person to see if you actually want medical help (or even basic medication refills). AVOID.

I have found Paula Hunter to be very thorough and extremely willing to take the time to answer my questions. Wait time both in the waiting room and in the exam room is minimal. I have been very pleased with her care and attention.
