Paula is one of the most genuine, empathetic, loving, supportive, down to Earth therapists I've ever had. She's been with me through all my ups and downs for the past two years, and makes sure that every session doesn't go to waste. I always feel safe being around her, and regardless of what I share with her, I've always felt understood, validated and unjudged. She has shown and taught me new perspectives on a lot. It's hard finding a therpist that you can really click with, but with Paula, she is very open minded and can talk about things with a spiritual mindset as well. She really does care a lot, and I appreciate her for the work, time, effort and care she puts into everything! Truly, Paula is one of the best.

I've been seeing Paula on and off for 8 years. She pulled me out of a suicidal depression and has worked through my various anxieties without medication! Paula is an honest therapist and doesn't just sit there and say how does that make you feel.
