I went with my daughter for moral support and to help answer questions. Dr Neuman asked a question that my daughter had trouble answering. As I tried to answer the question, I was repeatedly interrupted, my daughter was interrupted, and Dr Neuman informed us that she 'owed us nothing and was only responsible to SS', that she 'wasn't going to continue'. She incited my daughter to an anxiety meltdown. She continued her rant with the door open, in front of another client. When we asked for something in writing regarding her refusal to continue, she refused and called SS. My daughter also called her Disability caseworker. At that point, Dr Neuman 'changed her mind' and decided to continue. She spoke to us like we were ignorant and proceeded to wave her arm at her diplomas and brag about 'all her degrees'. She is extremely unprofessional, and obviously hasn't a clue about people under stress. I do not recommend.

I was there for her to do an evaluation my son needed for his autism/disability. Indiana disability scheduled it not me. When I received notice of the appt, I told them because it was after school to make sure she was OK with me bringing all 4 of my kids. She said yes. I arrived early. She was mad from the moment I walked in. My 3 yr old leaned her head back and hit the wall, by accident, on the other side of the wall of her office. She opened the door and said "to keep track of my children or I won't see you today." I apologized and said it was an accident. She literally just laid her head back and hit the wall by accident..once. In front of her other patients, she berated me about the accident. She repeatedly said "keep track of your children" as we were in a 4x4 foot waiting room. She was angry I brought all my children, despite being told 1 month prior. Once it was our turn, I told her she was unprofessional and rude. She then threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. Worst dr

As a former Registered Nurse specializing in psychiatric/mental health Area, I can not praise Dr Paula enough. She is attentive, very insightful and accommodates schedules easily.
