Didn't think my PT was going to be fun...
After breaking my ankle, I was dreading the process of getting back to walking. Paula got me through that in a way that made me look forward to my appointments. After the bones healed, the surgeon was done. But I had a partner in rebuilding the muscle and tendons in my ankle. Paula knew hen to push me, and when to keep me from doing too much. She explained the 'why' through the process, and encouraged me to keep doing my exercises at home. She even went through my Amazon app with me to get what I needed to progress. In my time there, I saw her relate to teens through seniors and had the same caring approach to each. Highly recommend working with Paula if you need PT.
