I like Pauline and she is a decent chiropractor, but I kept feeling sales pressure for products, and my bill was always inaccurate. I was told they accepted Group Health insurance (pre-Kaiser days), but they were not a preferred provider and ended up with almost $200 on top of my co-pays. Then they told me the cash rate is $55, so it's actually a better deal to NOT go through my insurance. That was nice info, but I wish they had told me sooner. Oh and I just got another bill for $40...
