I wouldn't send my enemy to this lady. Horrible bedside manner; does not listen to the patient, thinks she is the smartest one in the room; Will argue with you regarding knowledge of your own body. Referred to a specialist for a nonexistent health condition, confirmed by the specialist. I was left with an infection for 8weeks because she insisted it was something that it was not. I do not trust her opinion or decisions for mine or anyone else's health.

Pauline was very helpful. She had customer service skills (very polite and presents a caring personality) that are very rare from my recent experiences. I am glad I have found someone I feel comfortable consulting when I am ill.
