Was not able to make an appointment. My husband called to make an appointment and the 1st words she said were, what's your insurance". He told her his primary insurance and that Medicare was secondary. She said, that can't be right and sorry I don't know how to bill you so you can't make an appointment. How professional

i was very hesitant to pursue any kind of therapy but she is very easy to talk with and has a very caring and calm demeanor that put me at ease, and i feel that she is genuinely helpful.

Literally told us that she’d rather be spending time with her family at night than having to meet with us and that she was doing us a favor since we had to reschedule twice. That’s so unprofessional and rude.
