She doesn't remember what she instructed on a previous visit with medications and doesn't bother to review her own notes. Or doesn't bother leaving notes. Extremely poor communication and zero empathy.

She won't prescribe birth control (to a 30 something married woman, mind you..not that it should matter as long as I am an adult)! She didn't actually tell this to my face- had to find out via a pharmacy employee. This is despicable. Keep your insane political/religious views away from me. If she can't do her job due to her extreme beliefs she should have picked a different career.

After seeing Philene in the doctors office because you can never schedule an appointment with your primary doctor. She proscribed the medication for me, which did help and I followed up with her in two week to recheck. I had to call for a refill on my medication and when they called it in they did it wrong. I contacted the office back multiple times to finally get a answer and asked to have the error corrected and she denied having the medication. The office staff is horrible,No Customer Service
