The best eye doctor I have ever had. He takes time and explains things very well. He recommended a treatment to me that allowed me to literally get rid of my glasses forever!

I had high hopes. But three visits in and I still can't see the way I need to. Sure, I have a complicated case- one nearsighted eye and one far-sighted, with almost 5 diopters difference between the two, plus presbyopia, and a need to frequently shift between near, mid, and far distances. But, Dr. Phil basically threw his hands up. Surprisingly, my own research revealed potential options ($ is not really a limiting factor) that weren't offered or explained. One option was dismissed because one of his patients didn't like it (not a very big sample size). When I left yesterday thinking perhaps I found a solution, falsely told the contacts had UV protection, when they didn't, and then later realizing we had already tried an option like this earlier. I have a PhD in science. I get how this process could work, and even brought in a spreadsheet of my experiments, but those were basically dismissed. Little explanation of what we've tried and why it might work but didn't was offered. Frustrate
